Frequently used forms and instructions

During your academic career at Georgia Tech Savannah, you may need to access one or many of the following forms in order to register for classes.

Change of Major

Cross-Registration Applications
Use this form to request cross-registration at a GTREP Partner School (AASU, GSOU, or SSU). GTREP students who have not yet transferred to GTS should submit this form directly to their GTREP Coordinator.

GTS Add Application 
Use this form to request additional classes after an initial Cross Registration Application has been submitted for the semester. GTREP students who have not yet transferred to GTS should submit this form directly to their GTREP Coordinator.

GTS Drop Application
Use this form to drop or withdraw from a cross-registered class. GTREP students who have not yet transferred to GTS should submit this form directly to their GTREP Coordinator.
