Equipment & Group Sizes
Group Sizes: For on campus workshops, group sizes are limited to 18-20 participants. For off campus workshops, schools schould allow for one computer per student. With adquate notice, Georgia Tech Savannah can provide loaner laptops to organizations without computer labs.

Provided by Host Facilities
For off site workshops, host facilities will need to provide:
- Computers with software installed, with one computer per student (Software can not be installed by GA Tech)
- A way for students to save files, which should be tested with the new software
- LCD projector or a table/desk for workshop instructor's computer and projector
- Screen or white wall for LCD projector
