The K-12 Community Outreach team will identify a set of community outreach programs to better serve students ranging from Kindergarten through grade 12.
Areas of focus:
- Exploration of Ideas: Explore concepts/ideas for each proposed initiative and consider competition and market price points.
- Process / Policy Constraints: Identify what current processes and policies inhibit the concepts from moving forward or enable them to clearly determine specific issues to enable the concepts to flourish.
- Business Models and Metrics: Final concepts need to lead to self-sufficiency and must have the correct incentives for all stakeholders in the market, as well as metrics that will allow tracking to show progress. ........
