The Implementation Team for the future Professional Master's Degree Programs will determine core segments that will impact the Savannah market and drive professional master's for Georgia Tech. These programs will be unique and complimentary to the Atlanta programs and will draw attendance from beyond the coastal region. Prioritize industries and plan study to implement team in Q2 2012.
Areas of focus:
- Exploration of Ideas: Explore concepts/ideas for each proposed initiative and consider competition and market price points.
- Process / Policy Constraints: Identify what current processes and policies inhibit the concepts from moving forward or enable them to clearly determine specific issues to enable the concepts to flourish.
- Business Models and Metrics: Final concepts need to lead to self-sufficiency and must have the correct incentives for all stakeholders in the market, as well as metrics that will allow tracking to show progress.
