Course Description

For this course, you are required to bring a laptop that can access Wi-Fi and Chrome browser.

ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor training not only  teaches you the knowledge and skills required to internally audit your own management system, but also teaches you how to conduct second party (Supplier) and third party (External and Certification) audits. As a lead auditor, you will learn how to manage your organization’s audit program, put an audit team together, lead and opening and closing meeting, write audit reports, and generally manage the audit process for a successful outcome.

The online pre-course Executive Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 (QUAL 1207P) is included with your registration and must be completed prior to attending the classroom training.

Materials

Required

  • Attendees with international addresses must purchase a copy of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and bring it to class. By contractual agreement, the standard cannot be shipped outside the US.

  • Copies of the ISO 9001:2018 standard will be provided for classroom use only. Attendees may also purchase the standard (to keep) from the ANSI webstore or the ASQ website. Purchase of the standard is not a requirement.
